Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the optimal performance of our wind turbines
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize energy production
- Conduct regular inspections of wind turbines to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities
- Develop and manage budgets for maintenance activities and ensure cost-effective solutions
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering)
- 5 years of experience in wind turbine maintenance or a related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
