Job Overview

The Agricultural Supply Chain Manager will oversee end‑to‑end logistics for grain procurement, storage, processing, and distribution in the Ziguinchor region. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with Cargill’s global standards and local market dynamics.
• Coordinate grain collection from smallholder farms, ensuring timely delivery to storage facilities.
• Manage inventory levels, forecasting demand, and optimizing warehouse utilization.
• Negotiate contracts with transport providers, ensuring cost‑effective and reliable movement of goods.
• Monitor compliance with food safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to resolve bottlenecks and improve process efficiency.

Education

Salary
