Job Overview
The Water Quality Assurance Manager will lead SONES’ quality assurance program, ensuring that all water supplied meets national and international safety standards. This role involves developing and overseeing testing protocols, managing a team of laboratory technicians, and coordinating with regulatory bodies to maintain compliance. Key Responsibilities

- Lead a team of 12 laboratory technicians, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and training.
- Oversee sampling, analysis, and reporting of water quality data from all treatment plants and distribution networks.
- Collaborate with engineering to optimize treatment processes based on analytical results.
- Prepare and present monthly quality performance reports to senior management and regulatory agencies.
- Manage corrective actions for any non‑conformities, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement projects using statistical tools and risk‑based approaches.
