Job Overview

The Store Operations Manager will lead the Pikine outlet, overseeing all aspects of daily store performance, staff management, inventory control, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of up to 30 sales associates, department heads, and support staff to achieve store KPIs.
  • Develop and execute weekly and monthly sales plans, promotional activities, and merchandising strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and conduct regular stocktakes to minimize shrinkage.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols, maintaining a safe shopping environment for customers and staff.
  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage budgeting, payroll, and expense control to meet financial targets.
  • Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to maintain brand‑consistent store layout and product presentation.
  • Drive employee development through coaching, performance reviews, and training initiatives.
  • Represent Decathlon in community events, sports festivals, and local partnerships to strengthen brand presence.

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and people‑management abilities with a proven track record of building high‑performing teams.
