As a Port Operations Manager, you will lead daily port activities, ensuring seamless cargo handling, vessel scheduling, and compliance with international maritime standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee port operations, including vessel berthing, cargo loading/unloading, and terminal management.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, customs, and logistics providers to streamline cargo movement.
  • Implement safety and environmental compliance measures aligned with IMO regulations.
  • Monitor port performance metrics and propose process improvements.
  • Manage a team of port operators, technicians, and administrative staff.

Required Skills
