Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Offshore Wind Farm Installation Manager to lead all marine installation activities for our pioneering project off the coast of Senegal. This is a senior, site-based leadership role critical to the safe, efficient, and timely installation of wind turbine foundations, substations, and inter-array cables. You will be the single point of accountability for all offshore installation operations, managing a large team and multiple specialist contractors. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute the detailed installation strategy for all offshore components, including monopiles, transition pieces, offshore substations, and submarine cables.
- Lead and manage the offshore installation team, vessel crews, and subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary interface between marine operations, engineering, HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment), and project controls teams.
- Ensure all installation activities comply with the highest international standards of safety, environmental protection, and maritime regulations.
- Manage the mobilization, operation, and demobilization of heavy lift vessels, cable-lay vessels, and other specialized offshore installation assets.
- Oversight of daily offshore operations, including weather planning, risk assessments, method statements, and permit-to-work systems.
- Monitor installation progress and productivity, implementing corrective actions to mitigate delays and cost overruns.
- Foster a strong safety culture and ensure rigorous compliance with all HSSE policies and procedures.
- Coordinate closely with the onshore logistics team to ensure timely delivery of components to the marshaling port.
- Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly installation reports for senior project management.

Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, Offshore Technology, or a closely related discipline is mandatory. A Master’s degree in Project Management, Offshore Engineering, or an MBA will be highly regarded. Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), NEBOSH, or equivalent offshore survival and safety certifications are strong advantages. Experience
