Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Mining Operations Manager to join our team in Kolda, Senegal. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of digital technologies in our mining operations, with a focus on improving safety, efficiency, and productivity.
The Digital Mining Operations Manager will work closely with our operations team to identify opportunities for digital transformation and develop strategies for implementing new technologies. They will also be responsible for managing the implementation of digital projects and ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of digital technologies in our mining operations
- Develop strategies for digital transformation and identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage the implementation of digital projects and ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure that digital technologies are integrated into our operations and that they are used to improve safety, efficiency, and productivity
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. mining engineering, computer science)
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the mining industry
- Strong knowledge of digital technologies and their application in mining operations
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
