Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Offshore Drilling Operations Manager to lead our drilling activities off the coast of Senegal. This senior role requires comprehensive knowledge of offshore drilling operations, safety protocols, and project management. The successful candidate will oversee all drilling operations, ensuring they are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all offshore drilling operations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Develop and implement drilling programs and operational procedures
- Coordinate with drilling contractors and service providers to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor drilling performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency

Education

Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in offshore drilling operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Experience in West African offshore operations is preferred. Proven track record in managing complex drilling projects and leading multicultural teams is required.
