Job Overview

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Digital Banking Innovation Manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives in Touba. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of digital banking innovation strategies aligned with business objectives
• Identify and evaluate emerging fintech trends, technologies, and partnership opportunities in the Senegalese market
• Design and prototype innovative digital banking products and services for retail and corporate customers
• Collaborate with technology teams, UX/UI designers, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including testing, deployment, and performance monitoring
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and project plans for digital innovation initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with fintech startups, technology partners, and regulatory bodies
• Conduct market research and customer insights analysis to identify unmet needs and opportunities

Required Skills

• Expert knowledge of digital banking platforms, mobile applications, and fintech ecosystems

Education

Continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies in banking and fintech is essential for success in this role.

Experience

Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in digital banking, fintech innovation, or financial product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated success in launching digital financial products or services in emerging markets. Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing relationships with technology partners. Background in both traditional banking and fintech environments is highly valued. Experience in Senegal or West African markets is preferred but not mandatory.
