Job Overview

The Data Center Operations Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of Microsoft’s flagship data center in Dakar, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed operational reports, incident logs, and performance dashboards for senior leadership.

Required Skills

  • Deep knowledge of data center infrastructure, including power distribution, cooling systems, networking, and server hardware.
  • Proficiency in monitoring tools such as Microsoft System Center, Nagios, or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong leadership and people‑management abilities with a focus on team development.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to make data‑driven decisions under pressure.
