Job Overview
As a Senior Sustainability Analyst, you will lead the development and implementation of sustainability strategies across our Senegal operations. You will analyze environmental data, prepare ESG reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into business decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive environmental impact assessments for new projects.
- Develop and maintain ESG reporting frameworks aligned with GRI and SASB standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to embed sustainability metrics.
- Lead internal audits and external verification processes.
- Provide actionable insights to senior leadership on climate risk and mitigation.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement initiatives across local communities.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and data visualization capabilities.
- Proficiency in ESG reporting tools and software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Senegalese environmental regulations and policies.

Education

Experience

Salary
