Position Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, managing client accounts, promoting construction and infrastructure services, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, contractors, consultants, developers, government agencies, and commercial clients.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in sales, business development, customer relationship management, B2B sales, construction sales, infrastructure projects, account management, market research, lead generation, and commercial negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sectors.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Promote the company’s construction, road development, and engineering services.
  • Build strategic relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and project stakeholders.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
  • Conduct regular client visits and business development meetings.

  • Ensure excellent customer service and long-term client retention.
  • Address customer concerns and coordinate timely resolutions.

Market Expansion & Commercial Activities

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.

  • Support contract negotiations and project acquisition activities.
  • Assist management in developing market expansion strategies.

Sales Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Track sales performance against established targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales forecasts.
  • Update CRM systems and business development databases.
  • Provide management with market intelligence and performance insights.

Brand Promotion & Networking

  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
  • Promote company services and strengthen brand visibility.
  • Support marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Build professional relationships across the construction ecosystem.

Education Requirements

Applicants must possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing

  • Or a related discipline

Experience Requirements

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Experience managing customer relationships and commercial accounts.
  • Knowledge of tendering processes and project-based sales is advantageous.
