Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven E-commerce Marketplace Operations Specialist to join our regional team in Louga. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless flow of goods from third-party sellers to our customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and onboard new third-party sellers to the Jumia marketplace, ensuring compliance with all platform policies.
  • Monitor seller performance metrics, including order fulfillment rates, delivery timelines, and product quality.
  • Coordinate with the logistics department to optimize last-mile delivery routes and reduce transit times.
  • Analyze marketplace data to identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and implement corrective actions.
  • Resolve complex disputes between buyers and sellers to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure product availability during major promotional campaigns.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce business models and marketplace dynamics.

Education
