Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inventory tracking, warehousing, and delivery scheduling for e-commerce orders
- Collaborate with regional vendors to ensure timely product availability
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
- Manage last-mile delivery partnerships and monitor performance metrics
- Implement safety protocols and compliance standards for warehouse operations
- Provide training to logistics staff on digital inventory management systems
Required Skills
- Proven experience with e-commerce logistics or retail supply chain operations
- Proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or Jumia’s proprietary systems)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Knowledge of West African regional logistics challenges and solutions
- Fluency in French and English
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Advanced certification in logistics (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) preferred

Salary
