This role focuses on expanding access to digital financial services in rural Senegal through strategic partnerships, product development, and stakeholder engagement. The position is based in Tambacounda, a key region for financial inclusion initiatives in West Africa.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement digital payment solutions for unbanked populations
- Collaborate with local banks and fintechs to expand mobile money infrastructure
- Conduct market research to identify financial inclusion gaps
- Develop training programs for financial literacy and digital tool adoption
- Monitor regulatory compliance and report on financial inclusion metrics
Required Skills
- Expertise in financial services and digital payment platforms
- Strong stakeholder management across public and private sectors
- Data analysis skills for financial inclusion KPIs
- Cultural sensitivity and language proficiency in local dialects
- Experience with mobile money platforms (e.g., Orange Money, Wave)
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Master’s Degree preferred (MBA or Digital Finance specialization)

- Proven track record in digital payment project implementation
Salary
2,500,000 – 3,500,000 SSP annually, with performance-based incentives.
