  • Lead weekly revenue meetings to communicate forecasts and strategy adjustments to stakeholders.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market share using benchmarking tools like STR reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted promotions during low-demand periods.
  • Optimize the inventory management system to prevent overbooking while maximizing occupancy.
  • Analyze guest booking patterns to refine segmentation and pricing tiers.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Revenue Management Systems (RMS) and Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Expertise in dynamic pricing and yield management techniques.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for dealing with corporate partners.
  • Fluency in French and English is mandatory for this international environment.

Education
