Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end digital media production projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Lead and mentor a team of content creators, editors, and production staff to ensure high-quality output
- Collaborate with creative directors, writers, and other stakeholders to develop compelling content concepts
- Oversee post-production processes, including editing, sound design, and visual effects
- Ensure all content complies with company standards, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Implement efficient workflows and production methodologies to optimize resources and meet deadlines
- Coordinate with distribution teams to ensure timely delivery of content across various platforms
- Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to keep production processes innovative and competitive
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for external production services
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to maintain the highest production standards
Required Skills
- Proven experience in digital media production management, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering creativity and collaboration
- Proficiency in production software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation

Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Digital Media, Film Studies, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or certifications in project management or media production are highly desirable. Continuous professional development in emerging media technologies is encouraged.
Experience
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in digital media production, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Experience in international media companies and working with diverse teams is preferred. A track record of successfully delivering complex media projects on time and within budget is essential.
