Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage end-to-end digital education programs for K-12 and adult learners.
- Collaborate with local schools, NGOs, and government agencies to identify educational needs.
- Develop partnerships with EdTech platforms to integrate tools like AI-driven learning analytics.
- Monitor program performance using KPIs such as student engagement and completion rates.
- Provide training to educators on leveraging digital tools for remote and hybrid learning.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in educational program management with a focus on digital tools.
- Strong understanding of Senegal’s educational landscape and policy frameworks.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) and LMS platforms.

Education
- Master’s degree in Education Technology, Digital Learning, or related field.

Salary
1,200,000 – 1,800,000 SSP annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
