Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute climate resilience projects aligned with national environmental policies
• Conduct needs assessments and climate risk analyses for rural communities
• Design training programs for farmers on climate-smart agricultural techniques
• Coordinate with local governments to integrate climate adaptation into regional development plans
• Monitor project impact through data collection and performance metrics
• Prepare reports for donors and stakeholders on program outcomes

Required Skills

• Proven experience in climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies
• Strong project management capabilities with budget oversight experience
• Expertise in environmental impact assessment methodologies
