Operational Oversight

The Sorting Hub Team Lead will:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of sorting center agents.

Resource Management

Responsibilities include:

• Managing operational tools, equipment, and supplies.

Reporting & Communication

The Sorting Hub Team Lead will:

• Document operational reports and logistics performance updates.
• Escalate operational concerns and workflow disruptions.
• Provide timely communication to management regarding sorting center performance.

Education Requirements
