Operational Oversight
The Sorting Hub Team Lead will:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of sorting center agents.

The Sorting Hub Team Lead will:

- Escalate operational concerns and workflow disruptions.
- Provide timely communication to management regarding sorting center performance.
