Job Description (JD)

The Senior Product Manager will define and execute product strategy across Yassir’s super app ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration of mobility, delivery, and financial services while enhancing user engagement and platform growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy
• Align product goals with business growth objectives
• Drive innovation across super app services

User Research & Market Analysis

• Gather and prioritise customer needs and feedback
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research
• Identify user pain points and growth opportunities

Product Development & Execution

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams in agile environments
• Translate requirements into detailed product specifications
• Ensure timely feature delivery and quality execution

Data & Performance Management

• Use analytics and KPIs to guide product decisions
• Monitor user behaviour and platform performance metrics
• Optimize product features based on data insights

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in:
  • Business Administration
  • Computer Science
  • Engineering
  • Information Systems or related field

Advanced training in product management or digital innovation is an added advantage.

Experience Required

• Minimum 3+ years of product management experience
• Experience working in agile software development teams
• Strong background in tech product lifecycle management
