We are seeking a highly skilled Rail Infrastructure Modernization Engineer to join our dynamic team in Thiès, Senegal. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and engineering of rail infrastructure modernization projects
- Develop detailed project specifications, drawings, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including civil, electrical, and mechanical engineers
- Conduct site inspections and assessments of existing rail infrastructure
- Implement innovative solutions for track modernization and signaling systems

Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in rail infrastructure projects, with demonstrated expertise in modernization and upgrade initiatives. Experience working on large-scale transportation projects in West Africa or similar contexts is essential. Proven track record in project management and technical leadership roles within the rail industry.
