Job Overview
This role involves designing and developing interactive digital curricula for McGraw-Hill Education’s EdTech platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate with educators, instructional designers, and software developers to create engaging, standards-aligned learning materials that integrate multimedia and adaptive learning technologies. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop digital curricula for K-12 and higher education using McGraw-Hill’s EdTech platforms
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to align content with national and international educational standards
- Integrate multimedia elements (videos, simulations, interactive quizzes) into digital learning modules
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on feedback from educators and learners
- Stay updated on emerging trends in educational technology and pedagogy
Required Skills
- Proficiency in instructional design software (Articulate, Adobe Captivate)
- Experience with LMS platforms (Moodle, Blackboard)
- Strong understanding of Senegalese educational frameworks
- Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills
- Ability to translate complex concepts into accessible digital content
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- Master’s Degree preferred
Experience
- 3-5 years in educational content development or EdTech
- Experience in curriculum design for digital platforms
Salary
2,500,000 – 4,000,000 SSP per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
