Job Overview

We are seeking a Digital Supply Chain Visibility Analyst to join our dynamic team in Kolda, Senegal. This role focuses on leveraging advanced data analytics and digital tools to enhance end-to-end supply chain visibility, optimize logistics operations, and drive data-informed decision-making across our West African operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience with supply chain digitalization tools, and the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.

The Digital Supply Chain Visibility Analyst will work closely with operations teams, technology partners, and clients to implement and maintain digital visibility platforms, analyze supply chain performance metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization. Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain digital supply chain visibility platforms and dashboards
• Analyze real-time logistics data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities
• Develop predictive analytics models for supply chain performance forecasting
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate IoT devices and tracking technologies
• Generate comprehensive reports on supply chain KPIs and performance metrics
• Support the implementation of blockchain and other emerging technologies for enhanced traceability
• Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions and delays
• Train operations staff on digital tools and data interpretation techniques
• Monitor and analyze carrier performance and transportation efficiency metrics
• Support client presentations and consultations on supply chain visibility solutions

Required Skills

• Proficiency in supply chain management software and digital visibility platforms
• Advanced data analytics and visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Strong understanding of IoT technologies and their application in logistics
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Knowledge of API integrations and data interoperability standards
• Familiarity with predictive analytics and machine learning concepts
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field. Continuous learning and professional development in emerging technologies and analytics methodologies are encouraged and supported.

Experience

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, digital logistics, or related fields. Proven experience with supply chain visibility platforms, data analytics tools, and digital transformation projects. Experience in multinational logistics or supply chain environments preferred. Demonstrated ability to work with complex data sets and derive actionable business insights.
