Key Responsibilities

• Design and supervise geological mapping, sampling, and drilling programs across exploration targets.
• Interpret geological, geochemical, and geophysical data to develop robust 3D geological models.
• Prepare technical reports, resource estimates, and feasibility studies for senior management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate geological insights into mine planning.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental guidelines, and health & safety standards.
• Mentor junior geologists and provide training on best practices and software tools.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in geological modeling software such as Leapfrog, Surfer, or Micromine.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for report preparation and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of West African geology and mineralization styles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Education
