Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Agriculture Specialist to join our team in Thiès, Senegal. As a Digital Agriculture Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and promoting our digital agriculture solutions to farmers, agricultural cooperatives, and other stakeholders in the region.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture, agronomy, or a related field, as well as experience in digital agriculture, precision farming, or agricultural technology. You will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, providing training and support to farmers, and promoting the adoption of our digital agriculture solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and promote digital agriculture solutions to farmers, agricultural cooperatives, and other stakeholders in the region
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, agricultural cooperatives, and government agencies
- Provide training and support to farmers on the use of our digital agriculture solutions
- Promote the adoption of our digital agriculture solutions through demonstrations, workshops, and other events
- Collaborate with our research and development team to identify new opportunities for digital agriculture solutions in the region
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in digital agriculture, precision farming, or agricultural technology
- Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and technologies in West Africa
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field
Experience
3-5 years of experience in digital agriculture, precision farming, or agricultural technology
