Job Overview
Enel Green Power Senegal seeks a Renewable Energy Systems Analyst to evaluate energy systems, optimize project performance, and support the development of sustainable energy solutions in Mbour. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze energy generation, storage, and distribution systems for efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to design renewable energy solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new solar and wind energy projects.
- Monitor energy output and performance metrics to ensure compliance with sustainability standards.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in energy modeling software (e.g., HOMER, RETScreen).
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and grid integration practices.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Fluency in French and English.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental) or Environmental Science. Advanced degrees in Energy Systems or Sustainable Development are preferred.
Experience
3–5 years of experience in renewable energy project analysis, preferably in Africa. Experience with solar/wind energy systems and regulatory compliance is essential.
Salary
2,500,000 – 3,500,000 SSP annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
