Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Agriculture Extension Specialist to join our team in Kaolack, Senegal. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with farmers, agricultural professionals, and other stakeholders to promote the adoption of digital agriculture technologies and provide training and support on the use of our digital agriculture solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture, experience working with farmers and agricultural professionals, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with farmers, agricultural professionals, and other stakeholders to promote the adoption of digital agriculture technologies
- Provide training and support on the use of our digital agriculture solutions
- Develop and implement training programs to educate farmers and agricultural professionals on the use of digital agriculture technologies
- Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement digital agriculture solutions that meet the needs of farmers and agricultural professionals
- Provide feedback and insights to the product development team to inform the development of new digital agriculture solutions
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field
- 5 years of experience working in agriculture, preferably in a role related to digital agriculture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
