Job Overview
We are seeking a Digital Agriculture Extension Specialist to join our team in Diourbel, Senegal. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and training to farmers, dealers and other stakeholders on the use of our digital agriculture products and services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture, with experience in digital agriculture and extension services. They will be able to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and training to farmers, dealers and other stakeholders on the use of our digital agriculture products and services
- Develop and implement training programs to promote the adoption of digital agriculture technologies
- Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement digital agriculture strategies and plans
- Provide feedback and insights to product development teams to inform the development of new digital agriculture products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, dealers and other industry partners
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science, Agronomy or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in digital agriculture, extension services or a related field
- Strong knowledge of digital agriculture technologies and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
