Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Agriculture Extension Specialist to join our team in Thiès, Senegal. As a Digital Agriculture Extension Specialist, you will play a critical role in promoting the adoption of digital agriculture technologies among farmers and agricultural professionals in Senegal. You will work closely with our local partners and stakeholders to develop and implement effective extension services that showcase the benefits of digital agriculture and provide training and support to farmers on the use of our digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective extension services to promote the adoption of digital agriculture technologies among farmers and agricultural professionals in Senegal.
- Work closely with local partners and stakeholders to identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
- Provide training and support to farmers on the use of our digital solutions.
- Conduct demonstrations and field trials to showcase the benefits of digital agriculture.
- Collect and analyze data on the impact of digital agriculture on farmers’ productivity and efficiency.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in agricultural extension or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of digital agriculture technologies and their applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
