Job Summary

The IT Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, user support systems, hardware installations, cloud services, cybersecurity measures, and communication networks. Key Duties and Responsibilities

Technical Support & Helpdesk Management

• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees and departments

Network & Systems Administration
